Orders & shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed within one working day. Standard delivery is 3–5 working days domestically and 7–14 working days internationally. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Any customs duties or import taxes are set by your country and are payable by you on delivery.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $5.00, and free on orders over $50.00.
Can I change my address after ordering?
If your order has not shipped yet, contact us straight away with your order reference and we will update it.
Returns & exchanges
What is your returns policy?
Unworn items with tags still attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the parcel.
How do I exchange for another size?
Return the original item and place a new order for the size you want. That is the fastest route while a piece is still in stock.
Are sale items returnable?
Yes, on the same 30-day terms as full-price pieces.
Sizing & care
How do your sizes run?
Our outerwear is cut generously so it layers over knitwear. If you are between sizes and want a closer fit, size down. Every product page lists the measurements of the piece itself.
How should I wash my pieces?
Cold wash inside out, hang to dry, and skip the tumble dryer. Technical shells should be washed with a specialist detergent to keep the coating working.
Payment & account
Which payment methods do you take?
All major debit and credit cards, processed securely by Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers.
Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. An account just makes it easier to track orders and check out faster next time.
Is my data safe?
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes and never in readable form, the whole site runs over HTTPS, and we never sell your details to anyone.
